To strengthen our Business Fulfillment team, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional who will be primarily responsible for order management and the execution of all export-related tasks. Serving customers around the world, you will work closely with our Production and our Technical Sales teams to bring our industry-leading products to the academic and industrial markets.

Your responsibilities
Receive, review, and process domestic and international customer orders.
Prepare and manage export documents.
Ensure compliance with international export laws, regulations, and customs requirements.
Act as a point of contact for international customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers regarding shipping/transportation.
Your profile
KV-degree, or BSc in Business Administration or equivalent.
Solid experience in order processing, export and customs administration (big plus if in an industrial context).
Experience in business fulfillment improvement processes (e.g. automation) is welcome.
Full professional proficiency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous (e.g. French).
Team player with proactive attitude.
Autonomy and problem-solving skills are a must for this position.
Excellent communication skills suitable for high-quality customer interaction, good organizational skills with a good sense of prioritization and high attention to detail.
Excel skills, IT reporting tools a plus.
