Creative Director (Design) - Social Media en Only Much Louder

• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 designers and motion graphics artist, guiding them from concept to execution while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, while reporting to the Executive Creative Director.

• Develop and present creative concepts for new pitches and 360-degree digital campaigns that are rooted in a deep understanding of client goals and insights.

• Act as a hands-on individual contributor, personally delivering high-quality design work across a variety of mediums including graphic design, art direction and motion design.

• Stay ahead of design trends and cultural conversations to develop a fresh, contemporary design language that sets our agency apart.

Qualifications and Prior Experience:

• 8-10  years of experience in video, digital and all other aspects of design at a publisher, agency, brand or media house 

• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business and campaign objectives

• Prior experience in leading a team of designers 

• Should be good at getting quality work out of freelancers or other collaborators 

• Track record of creating ideas for global or large regional brands.

• Should be well adept with global & Indian trends, formats and developments with respect to all aspects related to design..

• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to create something great 

• Resourceful and nimble thinking without dependence on big budgets or stacked staffing for projects, basically someone who won’t shy away from getting her/his own hands dirty

• Should have done a specialized course or Bachelors degree in design.

• Should have the ability to visualize and produce creative concepts for clients.

• Should have excellent presentation, layout skills and excellent design portfolio.

• Proficiency in software applications primarily in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, 3D MAX, Autodesk Maya
