POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will perform a variety of customer service tasks to ensure the highest quality customer experience. You will serve as the single point of contact for all customer interactions post-consultation appointment including inbound/outbound calls, facilitating scheduling, confirming installations, customer escalations and following up with customers on a variety of issues. Facilitates all customer related interdepartmental communication.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience 
  • Ensure customers have a remarkable experience with our company.
  • Ensure that all customer communication, written and oral, is accurate and appropriate prior to dissemination to the customer. Includes customer communication, contracts, and change orders.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers, including answering questions, scheduling, and confirming installations, providing pre-installation information, assuring quality, solving problems, etc. 
  • Maintain a proactive approach of learning and training in exceptional customer service including relationship management, follow-up training, product review and knowledge assessment with the various departmental managers.
Operation Quality
  • Work with the production and logistics departments to ensure successful installations, including accurate and timely communication about job details, collecting payments, preparing any special needs of an installation, etc.    
  • Facilitate scheduling of post project punch work, call backs, and warranty transfers.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and verify that task tracking (AR, unscheduled backlog, confirmations, future dates, etc.) is accurate and up to date.

 

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED preferred and 3+ years of experience in construction trades and customer service OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in these areas.
  • Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
  • Skill in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks through effective prioritization.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry.
