As a Banking Services Officer, you will provide subject matter expertise and support to both internal teams and external customers, ensuring professional and efficient service delivery. Our Banking Services team play a critical role in business operations behind these scenes. You’ll play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to shape better processes.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert support for all banking deposit products, services and transaction inquiries across multiple teams
  • Assisting external customers, government bodies, and third parties with requests and maintaining compliance with separation of duties
  • Managing Deceased Estate processing and reviewing Power of Attorney and Administration documentation
  • Serving as the subject matter expert on Non-Personal entities and related documentation
  • Completing monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reporting accurately and on time
  • Ensuring strict adherence to People First Bank’s risk appetite and compliance policies

You are a dedicated and proactive professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and expert support. You love continuous development and are always looking at expanding your knowledge and understanding of the complex matters you deal with every day. 

You have a strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of banking products, policies and compliance requirements- or, are looking to leverage your existing skillset from another industry into the world of banking. In this ever-changing space, your adaptability and keenness to continually learn and develop will support your success in this dynamic role.
