    • Design OT network architectures for customer and internal projects, including proper subnetting, VLANs, and segmentation strategies.
    • Create and maintain a secure communication framework between corporate IT environments and customer OT networks, including VPNs, firewalls, and DMZ architectures.
    • Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, ensuring alignment and compliance with broader cybersecurity goals and corporate standards.
    • Stand up and maintain project-based servers, virtual or physical, in both Windows and Linux environments.
    • Evaluate and implement technologies like Raspberry Pi, industrial PCs, or other edge compute devices for project deployment.
    • Ensure systems follow and/or achieve cybersecurity frameworks and certifications relevant to industrial systems (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, etc.).
    • Acquire or maintain relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent).
    • Implement and support industrial communication protocols and technologies, including: BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP, MQTT, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes (K8s).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network design, and/or cybersecurity
  • Working knowledge of both enterprise IT and industrial control systems
  • Familiarity with network security concepts, VPNs, VLANs, firewall rules, and network segmentation
  • Strong experience with Windows Server, Linux, Docker, and virtualization platforms

      • Experience with automation, SCADA, BMS, or building systems integration
      • Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and modern infrastructure tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel (<10%) for site surveys, installations, or collaboration with field teams
