Job Description:
Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing. Manages corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.
Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.
Lifecycle Services Process Innovation Lead drives the process implementation new and improved service offerings by designing workflows, bringing innovative tools and AI techniques, to enable successful lifecycle project deployments from concept to implementation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include process ownership and analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, fostering innovation culture, project leadership, risk management, and enhance service delivery.
How you will make your mark:
Process ownership, Analysis & Improvement: Own Lifecycle Services Process for Day 1 activities. Assess existing processes to identify areas for improvement and design new or enhanced service processes.
Project & Initiative Management: Lead and manage multiple innovation projects simultaneously, from concept and development to implementation and handover to production, ensuring successful execution and alignment with SLAs.
Fostering Innovation Culture: Act as a champion for innovation by promoting best practices, encouraging creativity, and creating a supportive environment for experimentation and new ideas.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, partners, and senior leadership.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the success of innovation initiatives, adapting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
Manages internal projects

Typically includes definition of strategy to achieve the sponsors’ vision of an end-state transformation High/ very high risk.
Manages project financials including business impact
Meets or exceeds approved budgets.
Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.
Manages stakeholder relationships
Manages complex multi- function and/ or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.
Manages project team
Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally greater than 20 people from multiple regions.
Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors.
Mentors others providing a role model and support for individual development .
About you:
First Level University degree.
Advanced University degree preferred.
10+ years in like in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key Services’ operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.
Recognized as a leader in the Services PM Profession community.
PMP Certified.
Contributions have major impact on the company's business (Cost, Efficiency, TCE) generally $7- 20M and/or internal project budget over $5M.
Typically involves high degree of transformation, (e.g., mergers, divestitures & acquisitions).
Impact is evidenced by multiple contributions over time and performance demonstrates sustained level of contribution .
Successfully operates in complex disciplines in which the company must operate to be successful. Impact is evidenced by multiple contributions over time and performance demonstrates sustained level of contribution.
Manages projects affecting more than three organizations or the enterprise.
Manages a portfolio of projects or a program and supervises other project managers on very large multi- function projects.
Project may be global Manages projects usually requiring advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meet stakeholder deadlines .
