Job Summary
• This role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and governance of process, communications, & programmatic optimization of the process by which HP Solutions brings new software, services, & solutions to market. The role collaborates globally to implement innovative solutions influences customer projects, and develops compelling proposals to drive optimization of the Business Enablement Processes. The role also participates in complex cross-functional initiatives, solves challenging problems, and leads moderate to high complexity projects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end assessment and refinement of the NXI process to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement across the current process.
  • Act as a liaison between business enablement, product, operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive clarity and shared ownership of initiatives.
  • Establish communication frameworks and cadences that improve transparency, reduce silos, and increase alignment.
  • Develop and maintain clear, standardized documentation for the NXI process and related workflows.
  • Promote process adherence and continuous improvement through consistent feedback loops and metrics tracking.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process changes and project outcomes.
  • Use data to drive prioritization, gain stakeholder buy-in, and demonstrate impact.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, or structures.
  • Utilizes understanding of internal customer business requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
  • Analyzes the business, identifies root causes, and formulates recommendations and solutions to drive enhancements in business performance.
  • Utilizes both technical and business acumen to participate in complex cross-functional initiatives with significant impact on the services business.
  • Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
  • Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, project management with a focus on process improvement delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
