Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing defense autonomy at sea. We develop
advanced autonomous surface vessels that enhance maritime operations for the Department of
Defense (DoD) through cutting-edge, intelligent platforms. Our team combines traditional
marine design expertise with the latest in autonomy and system integration to accelerate
innovation in national defense.
Position Summary
We are hiring a Configuration Manager focused on core product definition, audit compliance,
and part traceability across programs. This individual is responsible for maintaining the
structured relationships between parts, subassemblies, and top-level platforms—ensuring
version-controlled consistency across our engineering, manufacturing, and sustainment
environments.
This role acts as the central authority for how items (designed or procured) are reused, revised,
and controlled across multiple programs. The Configuration Manager – Product will work
closely with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and program leadership to ensure that
product configurations are accurate, auditable, and aligned to contract and regulatory
expectations.
This is the control point for configuration management at Saronic. It is not a tooling-heavy role
but rather one that requires high attention to detail, fluency in product structure, and confidence enforcing standards across teams.
