Description

This employee is responsible for packing and stacking slides into their correct containers and preparing them for shipment using engineering drawings. 

Essential Functions

1. Follow instruction from lead, Supervisor or Manager via Slide schedule, and sales orders.

2. Work according to the Working Instruction (WI) and/or Operation Procedure (OP)

3. Responsible for own packing procedure, drawings, and quality of the products.

4. Maintain safe and clean work environment. 

5. Report to the Supervisor or Manager any unsafe condition in the working area.

6. Have an active role in the company’s continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; bend; kneel; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Able to pick up heavy weights up to 70 pounds.

Required Education and Experience

•  High school diploma or GED.

• Understand the principles of manufacturing schedule and customer demands
