Pay Rate:
- $30 minimum or more an hour depending on experience +$4 shift differential for afternoon and evening shift
- Plus, a Hiring bonus of $5,000

Duties
- Perform all work in a safe manner following Company safety policies and procedures. Report any safety concerns to management in a timely manner
- Under supervision of maintenance manager, maintain, troubleshoot, repair all production equipment and supporting infrastructure including troubleshooting and repair of industrial electrical/electronics, PLC’s/Instrumentation, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, Steam Systems, welding and fabrication
- Maintain open communications with all maintenance technicians, supervisor, managers, and production using clear verbal and/or written means
- Complete assigned work orders in recommended timeframe and document all relevant information in Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Create work order for any issues identified during routine work
- Charge all parts used during work orders using CMMS program
- Able to acquire Minnesota Special Boilers License within 6 months of employment (Company provides training and covers all expenses)
Qualifications
- Thoroughly understand and follow all OSHA and Company regulations as they relate to the maintenance field (LOTO, CSE, PPE, etc.)

- A combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job and have a working knowledge of basic fluid power, industrial electricity, automated industrial machinery (motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, industrial/electronic controls) mechanical components, PLCs, welding, machining and a strong knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, plant operations and government safety regulations
- Strong problem solving skills both as an individual and as a team member
- Working knowledge of electronics including motor controllers, low voltage electrical systems, proximity switches, photo-eyes, and variable frequency drives
- Basic understanding of various diagnostic equipment including, but not limited to, ohms meters, voltage meters, etc
- Basic understanding of schematics and blueprints
- Ability to work independently and with shift production supervisors
- Ability to learn computerized maintenance management systems
- Be able to recognize problem situations and take appropriate steps to resolve
