Why Join Monarch’s National Traveling Team?
- Paid Travel – See the country on Monarch’s dime: flights, hotels, rental cars, and per diem included of $50.00 per day when working and traveling!
- Awesome pay! $27.00 to $28.00 an hour + Blue Cross Medical starting at $45.00 a month, dental, vision, 401(k) + company match
- $25.00 commissions per started lease
- Up to 15 hours of overtime per pay period typically
- Career Growth – Step into a high-impact role with long-term advancement opportunities
- Variety & Flexibility – 3 Weeks on. 1 week off schedule. No three weeks are the same. Work on-site at different properties and regions!
- Make an Impact – Help improve communities and ensure residents have exceptional living experiences
Who We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time. 3 Weeks on. 1 week off schedule
- 3 + years of experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality is a huge plus!
- Ability to pass a soft credit review
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
