Summary
The Regional Local Solutions Manager is the venue, process and regional event production (logistics) expert serving Growth/Client Solutions team members in a consistent nationalized experience among regions. Accomplishes, tracks and/or supports CSMs in a defined set of tasks for all shows in the region. Additionally is a resource for all questions pertaining to event production (logistics) in a region.
This position will support our Show Organizer group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Distribute nationally consistent messaging upon event booking and throughout production cycle; Welcome and show site resource messages providing resources for the market
• Maintain a nationalized experience for traveling staff by using consistent communication and forms
• Regional Locals routinely reviewing all events in their region
• Attend site visits in major market; provide guidance for gray market site visits; maintain strong relationships with venue and city offices
• Communicating any updates and requirements for the local market to the relevant sales team, including presenting these updates at local team meetings
• Assist in ensuring show schedules, and details are updated across systems
• Manage Envision updates, measurementSOPsand measurement documentation (non-Envision); maintain Facility Profiles for region
• Oversee Fire Marshal permitting - directly submitting or partnering with resources to process and document submissions and approvals; maintain strong relationships with city offices
• Identify and plan future event needs with Growth and Branch Leadership
• Schedule/host production meetings throughout the production and design cycle
• Review Quick Facts and FOL link for city/venue based items
• Resource for Growth team questions (re: venue, markets and SOPs)
• Identify rollover opportunities and connect teams; point of contact to work with branch and venues for all early move in and similar venue requests; track such opportunities per venue
• Work with Event Set Up team as needed for forms and customizations
• Track traveling staff per event
• Track accruals monthly, reducing OOP exposure; ensure accounting needs are being met by Client Solutions teams
• Facilitate Cleaning per event; including oversight of PO and invoicing process
• Contribute to national image resources such as Vault and Event Collection galleries
• Continued collaboration with enterprise departments to increase communication as needed
• Provide input on SOPs as they effect producing teams
• Produce limited number of events as CSM including gratis venue events

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of work
• Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
• Two or more years of trade show experience is required
• Must be highly organized
