Job Title: Guest Services Representative
Location: Sandia Peak Ski Area

Reports To: Guest Services Manager

Our Guest Services team is the front line of our resort, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and ready to enjoy their day in the mountains.
Position Summary:
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Guest Services team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with the public, and can handle a variety of guest-facing responsibilities, including ticket sales, reservations, and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticketing & Reservations
- Sell lift tickets, season passes, rentals, and activity packages using POS and reservation systems
- Process online and phone reservations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a strong understanding of all ticketing options, promotions, and pricing structures
Guest Communications & Support
- Greet and assist guests in-person, over the phone, and via email with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer questions about the resort, terrain, conditions, events, and local area attractions
- Resolve guest concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism, escalating when necessary
Team Support & Operations
- Collaborate with other departments (ski school, rentals, mountain operations, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay informed on current resort conditions, policies, and offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Guest Services area
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Availability on weekends and holidays required
- Passion for winter sports or mountain environments a plus
