Role Description

The Sales & Executive Admin plays a critical role in supporting both group business and executive operations. This position manages group lodging blocks and serves as the primary point of contact for all group lodging needs, ensuring seamless communication, accurate reporting, and exceptional client service.

In addition to lodging management, the role provides key support to the Sales & Events team by coordinating contracts, site tours, client experiences, and transitions between Sales and Planning. The Sales & Executive Admin also supports the Executive Committee with scheduling, communication, VIP arrangements, and special projects.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service to both clients and internal stakeholders.

This position is an on-site, full-time role with a routine schedule of Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm and an hourly rate of $25.00. Some flexibility to work weekends on holidays based on business needs is also required.

Skills/Traits

  • 2+ years hospitality, administrative, or related support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
