We are currently seeking a team member who believes in the �extra mile� philosophy to join us as an AP Analyst. The AP Analyst is responsible for accurately verifying, PO matching, entering, and processing vendor invoices in a timely manner. This role will utilize the company ERP and web-based software to manage the AP process and will also research and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes vendor invoices by printing, scanning, coding, matching with POs, and routing for approval
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions
  • Communicate with vendors and branches to resolve issues
  • Assists with vendor statement review, weekly check runs, and payment processing
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and values of Snider Fleet Solutions

Education or Experience:

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related fields (preferred)
  • At least 3+ years' Accounts Payable experience (preference for aligned industry)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational, math, and analytical skills with close attention to detail
  • Proficient in 10-Key, Microsoft Office, and able to learn ERP/software systems
  • Knowledge of invoicing and billing procedures; able to meet month, quarter, and year-end deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; reliable, adaptable, and team oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential matters, multi-task, and work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

This position is based at the company�s corporate office. Most of this position will consist of normal office tasks and interaction amongst peers and Snider branches.
