Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision for staff in the MSU/IICU.
  • Support staff development through mentoring, coaching, and recognition.
  • Oversee patient care delivery to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
  • Assist with recruitment and retention of qualified staff.
  • Contribute to resource management and quality improvement efforts.
  • Maintain clinical competence and serve as a resource for nursing staff.
  • Uphold the values of MCH: Compassion, Collaboration, Honesty, and Respect.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in NH (or compact license).
  • BSN required or actively pursuing.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of acute care nursing experience; MSU/IICU or critical care strongly preferred.
  • Charge Nurse or prior leadership experience required.
  • BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Full time
