Help bring the magic of the season to life at the City Springs Ice Rink! As a Seasonal Ticket Sales Attendant, you’ll be the first smile guests see and play a key role in keeping the rink running smoothly—greeting visitors, managing ticket and skate rentals, and delivering excellent customer service from the very first interaction.


Dates: November 14 - January 19, 2026 is our ice rink season. Some required availability over the holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

 

Essential Functions: 

The following duties are normal for this position. The omission of specific statements of the duties does not exclude them from the classification if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment for this classification. Other duties may be required and assigned.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests and process online reservations and in-person transactions for admissions and skate rentals

  • Balance register totals and handle credit card payments accurately

  • Maintain skate rental inventory and keep the ticketing area clean and organized

  • Answer questions about rates, schedules, and special events

  • Assist with rink setup, signage, and cleanliness of the grounds

  • Provide excellent customer service and support rink supervisors as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day)

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable working outdoors in cold conditions

  • Skating experience is a plus, but not required

ADA Compliance:

Physical Ability: Tasks require the ability to exert medium physical effort in light to medium work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials up to 20 pounds. Tasks may involve balancing, bending, climbing, crouching, handling, kneeling, reaching, repetitive motion, stooping, walking, and extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation. Some work is done on a slippery surface.

Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate sounds and visual cues or signals.  Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally.

Environmental Factors: Essential functions are regularly performed with exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Requires the ability to work in a cold outdoor environment.
