Temporary Evening Employee - Sikeston Campus
Part-Time, Variable Afternoon/Evening Shifts (4-9:30 pm; Monday-Thursday), 20-22 hours/week
Hourly Wage: $13.75
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and take messages
- Schedule student appointments
- Log in to Zoom ready rooms
- Troubleshoot Zoom classrooms
- Check-in/out textbooks
- Troubleshoot issues with printers & computers
- Handle student and guest inquiries
- Proctor exams as needed
- Report campus problems to maintenance, IT, staff, and/or regional director
- Turn off technology in classes (computers, Zoom, TV, etc.) at the end of evening classes
- Close the building (turn off lights, lock, etc.) at the end of evening classes
- Other duties as assigned
Position Duties
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work evening shifts, 20-22 hours per week
- Demonstrated experience with computers, printers, technology, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
