Position Overview:
Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Program Security Specialist to support comprehensive security coordination and operations. In this role you will manage clearance processes, coordinate Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditation, enforce access control policies, and deliver security awareness training in support of Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) programs. You will conduct risk assessments, support compliance with regulations, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement across security functions.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage Special Access Program (SAP) and Controlled Access Program (CAP) requirements for cleared personnel.

  • Coordinate SCIF accreditation activities and ensure compliance with established standards.

  • Enforce access control policies and procedures to safeguard classified facilities and information.

  • Oversee visitor security operations including approvals, clearances, and access.

  • Deliver security awareness briefings and training to staff.

  • Track and document security incidents, classification management actions, and compliance issues.

  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.

  • Monitor and report on security program performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Support the development, review, and enforcement of security policies and directives.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance with DoD and IC security regulations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Security, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting personnel and facility security operations.

  • Experience managing clearance processes and SCIF accreditation activities.

  • Experience conducting risk assessments and supporting security program compliance.

  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance; polygraph preferred if applicable to the contract.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification such as DoD Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), Industrial Security Professional (ISP), or equivalent.

  • In-depth knowledge of DoD and IC security policies, including SAP, CAP, and SCIF requirements.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple clearance actions and incident reports.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and conducting briefings.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives and mission requirements.
