The Work:
As the Composable ERP Application Security Lead for the Department of Defense, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing a robust security framework for enterprise resource planning applications. Your primary responsibility will be to craft a comprehensive security strategy that encompasses User Authentication, Single Sign-On, User Provisioning, Segregation of Duties, and role design, build, and test. You will manage a dedicated team to ensure the successful execution of this strategy, integrating with other project teams, including functional integration, development, data, and testing. Your role will require you to report progress and risks/issues to both technical and functional delivery leaders, ensuring that security measures align with the overall project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate Composable ERP Application Security Approach addressing User Authentication, Single Sign-On, User Provisioning, Segregation of Duties, and role design, build and test
- Develop and deploy solutions for user provisioning and fielding to large groups of end-users, ensuring alignment with the program's deployment/fielding plans
- Manage team of resources to execute application security approach
- Possess strong client-facing skills and ability to integrate with other project teams
- Report up through project technical and functional delivery leads
Here’s What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Appian, GRC, Nextlabs, and Sailpoint IGA
- Understanding of security concepts, including SAP Role-based access control, Attribute-based access control via NextLabs, and Position-based security via S/4HANA Defense & Security
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On mechanisms, Authentication protocols, User Provisioning systems, and Segregation of Duties frameworks are preferred to design and implement a security infrastructure that meets the stringent requirements of our DoD client
- Proven track record of managing security within complex ERP environments, particularly within the defense industry
- Ability to navigate the complexities of application security, coupled with strong client-facing skills, will be pivotal
- Experience in leading teams and interfacing with various project stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
