ProCo LLC | Marietta, GA | Full-time | $22-25/hour + Benefits? 


Detail-Obsessed Organizer Needed! 

Medical service organization supporting 24 locations seeks an exceptionally organized Administrative Assistant with strong Excel skills. Perfect for someone who thrives on details and loves keeping systems running smoothly. 


The Role 

Vendor Coordination (40%) 

  • Make daily calls to contractors, vendors, and permit offices 
  • Schedule appointments, inspections, and service calls 
  • Follow up on project status and deliveries 
  • Update and maintain vendor contact databases 

Administrative Support (35%) 

  • Manage multiple Excel spreadsheets tracking projects, deadlines, and vendors 
  • Maintain highly organized filing systems for permits and invoices 
  • Process invoices and purchase orders with zero errors 
  • Prepare reports and status updates 
  • Data entry and document scanning 

General Support (25%) 

  • Run errands (permits, materials, document delivery) 
  • Coordinate deliveries across 24 medical locations 
  • Schedule meetings and manage department calendar 
  • Occasional site visits for photos or drop-offs 

You Must Have 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Strong Excel skills - you'll use it daily 
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized - this is critical 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
  • Quick learner who picks up systems fast 
  • Comfortable making 20+ phone calls daily 
  • Professional communication skills 
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping details 

Preferred 

  • 2+ years administrative, office support, or customer service experience 
  • Proven organizational excellence 
  • Experience with complex spreadsheets or databases 
  • Interest in construction or operations
