We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Home Care Acquisitions to lead our teams of Home Care Acquisition Managers (HCAMs). This VP role will report directly to the GM, Home Care. This position is critical to growing our business by ensuring that we have top tier homecare agencies in each market to handle all our referral needs. The VP will drive the overall strategy, execution, and optimization of our home care acquisition efforts to deliver on our network expansion goals, playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of the Home Care division.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our home care agency network
- Lead leaders who manage teams of HCAM reps providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success
- Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists, Success Managers, and Care Advisors to ensure seamless integration and success of new home care agencies
- Collaborate with partners in Product, Technology, Marketing and Operational Enablement to solve for gaps in processes, products, systems and support
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to maximize performance
- Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring the team meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals
- Consistently measure supporting tools like the incentive plan, identifying potential gaps and adjusting where necessary to ensure success
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with home care agencies, ensuring they understand and experience the value A Place for Mom brings
- Develop/implement processes to set teams up for success and ensure they hit targets
- Prepare and present detailed reports on team performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Develop and implement training programs for new hire classes to continually enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Excel, or BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau to provide teams with visibility and transparency
- Facilitate sales leadership team meetings and strategy sessions to drive performance and alignment
- Attend industry conferences and events to stay current with market trends and build relationships with potential partners
- Occasionally travel to meet with high-value agencies and provide support to team members in the field
- 3+ years of experience leading sales leaders across multiple outbound teams, preferably in the home care or senior living industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience
- Proven ability to attract, hire, train, develop and retain top sales talent
- Strong track record of leading sales teams that consistently achieve goals and targets
- Experience in change management and innovation
- Thrives in a fast-paced, change infused, demanding environment
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and communicate
- Rationale in an easily digestible manner
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and using the platform to drive results (Salesforce.com experience a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of enthusiasm and energy with a proactive approach to business growth and process improvement
Compensation
The position is a salaried, exempt position.
- Base Salary: $180,000- $220,000
- Variable Bonus: $100,000
