Coordinar , motivar y supervisar a los bartenders y barbacks, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo positivo y productivo.
Capacitar continuamente al equipo en tecnicas de coctelería, seguir tendencias, asegurar estandares de servicio y conocimiento de producto
Evaluar el desempeño del staff y brindar feedback constructivo.
Diseñar y actualizar la carta de cocteles respetando la identidad de Pony Line y tendencias globales, innovando y aportar valor ala experiencia de nuestros clientes y huespedes.
Asegurar consistencia en recetas, tecnicas, decoración y presentación de cada coctel.
Controlar inventario de bebidas, insumos y cristalería, coordinando pedidos con el area de Compras.
Optimizar costos y controlar mermas sibn comprometer la calidad
Resolver situaciones con clientes de forma proactiva y profesional.
Resolver situaciones con el staff de bar, generando armonía en el equipo.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de protocolos de higiene, seguridad e inocuidad
Implementar politicas del hotel en cuanto a servicio, presentación personal, seguridad, operativa
Requisitos generales:
Habilidades de liderazgo y resolucion de problemas
Inglés fluido, conversacional y escrito
Amplio conocimiento de coctelería y destilados
