Job Summary

Contribute to strengthening the organization's quality management system by ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with established standards, promoting continuous improvement, and guaranteeing product conformity. Within this framework, the position plays a key role in customer complaint management, being responsible for receiving technical and commercial feedback through internal channels, analyzing root causes, defining corrective and preventive actions, and leading their implementation with cross-functional teams. The focus will be on minimizing recurrence of failures, improving customer experience, and reinforcing the robustness of internal processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer complaints and lead the technical resolution process. Supervise and audit manufacturing processes in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and DMAIC.
  • Implement and maintain quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and Control Plans and participate in new product launches and process validations.
  • Train personnel in quality standards, zero-defect culture, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Lead investigations of quality issues on the shop floor and coordinate actions with involved departments.

 

Experience and qualifications:

  • University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
  • Senior experience in similar roles within manufacturing environments.
  • Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, autonomy, effective communication, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
