Job Title: CRE Lead - India
Reporting Line: Associate Director of CRE Infrastructure
Role Overview/Purpose:
As Corporate Real Estate Lead (CRE) for India, you will report to the Associate Director of CRE Infrastructure and serve as the key architect of our workplace vision across the region. You’ll lead both a central CRE team in Hyderabad—tasked with supporting our global operation. Your mission is to unify strategic ambition with flawless execution, ensuring every office delivers a seamless, inspiring environment that enables our people to do their best work.
What You’ll Own
You will deliver CRE strategy for India aligned with our global “Flutter Edge” vision, embedding it into how our CRE teams operate and deliver services to our colleagues. On any given day, you might be aligning long-term roadmaps with senior stakeholders in London or New York, coaching your site leadership to elevate local performance, and diving into the details of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
You’ll be both visionary and hands-on, guiding major transformation projects from concept through delivery, while also stepping in to resolve urgent operational incidents or compliance audits. By owning the regional risk register and driving cost-efficiency programs, you ensure that agile, proactive decision-making underpins every square foot of our CRE footprint.
As the leadership designate for the India CRE teams, you will need to understand the set goals, objectives and strategies of each function and support the onsite teams to ensure successful delivery of our core business and projects. You will act as the local POC for both local CRE teams and stakeholder escalations on behalf of the Group CRE team. You will be an integral participant in the wider India CRE programme ensuring positive engagement and compliance from the CRE teams.
Who You Are
You bring at least 12 years of Corporate Real Estate or Facilities Management experience, with a minimum of five years leading multiple sites in a complex, matrixed organization. You thrive on influencing senior executives across time zones and cultures, translating big ideas into concrete action plans. Your experience of HSE frameworks in India gives you the confidence to balance ambitious projects with rock-solid compliance.
