Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including pre-renewal meetings, completing ACORD applications in Sagitta, submitting carrier submissions, and analyzing carrier quotations to prepare accurate and professional client proposals and summaries.

  • Review policy endorsements, premium audits, and contracts for accuracy and compliance; assist clients with audit disputes and perform detailed contract reviews related to insurance requirements.

  • Handle certificate of insurance (COI) preparation, resolve complex COI compliance issues, and order necessary endorsements to meet compliance or coverage needs.

  • Coordinate timely delivery of binders, invoices, and policy documents; secure premium financing as needed and review issued policies before client delivery.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, carriers, producers, and team members in a timely and professional manner to ensure high service standards.

  • Utilize internal systems to organize and prioritize workload, participate in renewal meetings, and stay current on carrier underwriting guidelines and authority limits.

  • Support team development by mentoring Account Assistants, maintaining certifications, completing training goals, and assisting with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years insurance experience
  • 1+ years at the Account Manager level preferred
  • Applicable state P&C Agents License
  • Industry related certifications expected.
  • College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Agency Management System Experience. AMS Sagitta, ImageRight, and Indio preferred.
Additional Information:

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary is $90 to $100K per year.
