MSP Technical Lead

CamNet Inc. is seeking a MSP Technical Lead to manage multiple client environments, learn their infrastructures, and proactively recommend improvements. This role is client-facing and requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide IT strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical lead for assigned clients.
- Learn and document client networks, servers, and systems.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve IT performance and security.
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPNs, servers, and IT assets across client environments.
- Oversee monitoring, backups, and regular health checks.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and account managers.
- Provide onsite and escalation support as needed.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of IT/network administration or MSP experience.
- Strong background with Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, networking, and security.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Net+, Security+, or Microsoft preferred.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
