POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. To administer a high quality party experience for members and guests. To assist in set up, facilitation of party, monitor party guests, run activities when needed, lead groups to program areas, clean up party areas and safety of participants in program areas.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Confirm rental has paid for rental and is using program areas as stated on contract.
- Setup and administer activities according to contract.
- Assist renter in set up, clean up, and attend to any issues that may arise during rental.
- Monitor rental program areas usage.
- Monitor guests while using the facility.
- Staff stays in Program areas in which rental group is using at current time.
- Develop repour with Members and Guests.
- Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community organizations.
- Assists in YMCA fund raising activities and special events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One to two years’ related experience preferred.
- Minimum age requirement of 15.
- Typical requirements within 30 days of hire include: completion of: Child Abuse Prevention for Staff; CPR; First Aid; AED; Bloodborne Pathogens.
- Completion of YMCA program-specific certifications.
