We're seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant/Office Manager to provide support to our executive team and senior management while also managing our Manchester office. This dual role combines personal assistance with office management responsibilities, requiring exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage diaries and coordinate schedules for executive team members
- Organise internal and external meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
- Provide administrative support as needed
Office Management (Manchester)
- Oversee daily operations of the Manchester office
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Ensure a welcoming and productive work environment
The Ideal Candidate
You'll be:
- Organised and able to have multiple tasks on the go
- A real team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in helping, wherever you're needed
- Warm and friendly, helping us bring the team together in the office whilst connecting those remotely
- Excited to be part of a growing company and learn more about our business and UK credit
- Comfortable with using new technology and helping others get to grips with it too
- A good communicator, not afraid to reach out to new people and make things happen
Requirements
- General Certificate of Secondary Education
- Excellent attention to detail, able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills - Able to plan skills in a fast-paced environment
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- A proactive and 'can do' attitude
- Experience in comprehensive office administration including organising meetings, ordering supplies, and liaising with suppliers is a plus
