The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in sales analytics within a consumer financial services context, strong leadership capabilities, and a consultative approach to influence business strategy and execution. Key responsibilities:
Lead Analytics Strategy: Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives. Define and execute the vision for sales & advice operations analytics, aligning with business goals and priorities.
Team Leadership: Hire, manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Set performance goals and manage the team in alignment with HR policies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing and business leaders, influence and inform strategy and planning decision making.
Performance Measurement & Optimization: Oversee the development of measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to evaluate sales and product effectiveness across channels.
Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to improve targeting, personalization, and ROI. Collaborate with COE teams to enhance predictive capabilities and automation.
Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with data engineering and IT to ensure scalable, secure, and accessible data pipelines and tools.
Innovation & Trends: Stay current on analytics trends, tools, and technologies, and champion their adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
10+ years experience in Analytics with progressive leadership
Experience leading teams in Sales Analytics
Expert level executive level stakeholder management and presentation
