Job Description
You will be the Global Supply Chain Representative Senior for the Global Supply Chain Team supporting the F‑35 Electro‑Optical Targeting System (EOTS). Our team delivers end‑to‑end supply‑chain solutions, sourcing production and sustainment parts, expediting critical items, and ensuring our customers receive the right parts at the right time.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Global Supply Chain Representative Senior, you will be responsible for driving the procurement process for high‑volume, high‑impact parts that keep the F‑35 EOTS program moving forward. You’ll partner with buyers, customers, and internal stakeholders, act as the primary customer‑interface for urgent requirements, and represent the team in key cross‑functional meetings.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Expediting urgent part requirements and serving as the direct point of contact for customers.
• Supporting buyers with manual Purchase Requisition (PR) creation, updates, and issue resolution.
• Attending weekly Page & Line meetings for Red/Yellow items and providing status updates.
• Participating in monthly SMT (Senior Management Team) and PSR (Program Status Review) meetings to convey supply chain health.
• Coordinating with logistics, quality, and engineering to ensure seamless part delivery and compliance.
• Maintaining accurate procurement records and reporting key performance metrics.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce cycle time and cost.

Basic Qualifications
• Works well under pressure constraints of multiple program schedules providing status on a weekly and daily basis when warranted
• Self-starter who proactively solves complex problems and takes full ownership and accountability for outcomes
• Works in a team atmosphere and meets deadlines
• Excellent Computer skills
• Solid competency in MS Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills and Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
• Ability to travel (~10%)
