Bailey Nelson is looking for a reliable, hands-on Part Time Online Fulfilment Assistant to join our Sydney support office!

About the role: 


Bailey Nelson is rapidly expanding, adding around 15 new stores per year to our current 115 stores across three countries. As an  Online Fulfilment Assistant you will  support our team with everyday tasks. You’ll help pack and prepare products for our stores and online orders, and assist with general office organisation. This is a great role for someone who’s organised, practical, and keen to get involved in a variety of tasks.


The role is a part time, 12 hours per week across 4 days (Ideally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays)

6 month fixed term position, working out of our Sydney Support Office in Woolloomooloo. 



Some of your Key Duties & Responsibilities:


Fulfilment

  • Pack and ship prescription and non-prescription online orders according to internal guidelines
  • Organise outgoing shipments for daily pickup
  • Work closely with CS team on any orders that need additional attention or investigation 


Returns Handling

  • Notify CS of any returns so they can action accordingly
  • Receive and unpack returned items
  • Sort returned stock for resale etc.


Inventory Accuracy

  • Receive replenishment stock and update online inventory where required
  • Reconcile physical stock with online systems to ensure consistency
  • Flag and correct discrepancies in SKU counts
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes in line with company schedule


Your skills and experience:

  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication
  • Excellent attention to detail — you double-check your work
    Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
  • Comfortable doing physical tasks like packing or lifting boxes
  • Basic computer skills (email, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • No experience required — just a good work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in retail, warehousing, fulfillment, or admin
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team environment
