THE ROLE

The Senior Regional PMO is the main contact point between their SaaS Regional organization and PMO. This includes working closely with their SaaS regional organization, especially SaaS Management and SDM teams, to understand and the business and ensure that Governance processes to support the business are efficiently managed. Be the voice of their Region in the SaaS PMO organization, providing feedback and data-driven insights on how to improve the quality, effectiveness and automation of governance processes. Be the key contact for their Region to other regional teams such as internal audit, external audit, risk management, legal, and finance. etc. This position is based in India to work closely with the SaaS Operations department

 
OPPORTUNITIES
  • Maintain regular contacts with the SaaS Operations department to manage BAU activities (Governance processes, Cost Optimization, Capacity Management, KPI tracking, etc.)
  • Be the first point of contact for the Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit Regional teams, and manage the process of getting answers to risk/audit requests through contacts with the relevant stakeholders SaaS
  • Lead the rollout of Temenos-wide and SaaS initiatives for their Region and take the global lead of at least one of those initiatives.
  • Work closely with the other SaaS PMO teams: FinOps, Cost Sizing, Reporting & AI to ensure that regional requirements are taken into consideration, and take advantage of the latest developments delivered by these teams
  • Ensure that all processes are data-driven and automated through the use of modern data management, AI and reporting tooling.
  • Establish and manage Document library to ensure we have a single view of all documents for their Region.
 
SKILLS
  • Experience – more than 5 years in Governance for a SaaS company or department
  • Proven track record in managing governance and PMO processes in a financial software company. Experience in SaaS is a clear advantage.
  • Ability to develop and implement PMO processes and policies, directs project management staff, and working with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs
  • Possesses outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills as well as a strong ability to dissect business requirements and realize true business need in order to identify opportunities
  • Applied knowledge of ITIL, Agile (Ideally Agile Release Train) and OKR
  • Proficiency in MS Data Fabric, at least Power BI, is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent ability to communicate at all levels, creating strong connections with senior stakeholders cross the organization, and also ensuring
  • understanding and adherence to governance processes by all related teams
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm to acquire domain knowledge
  • Education - bachelor’s degree or master’s or postgraduate degrees preferably, MBA
