MISSION

Consolidate sales information from all regions; prepare analyzed and filtered reports for the Business Unit Director.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

  • Consolidate the sales BBP (sales, prices, LTC’s…) working together with Sales Directors, KAM’s and Project Managers.
  • Consolidate Global Data report (CAPEX and other project development costs) working together with Project Managers and Control.
  • Prepare the monthly report of Business Opportunity List (BOL) and inform BUD, Holding Committee and Regional Directors.
  • Prepare the monthly commercial information for the BU Reports to CSO.
  • Develop and update the world-wide market study for the BU.
  • Support to Engineering area (POs engineering hours, system accesses).
  • Commissions and NREs invoicing.
  • Other tasks as assistant (meeting arrangements, employees access, incomes & payments follow-up, department layout).
  • Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
  • Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
  • Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OSHE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
  • Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OSHE and Quality department.

Academic background:  

Professional training, mainly in administration

Languages:  

Fluent in local language & Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Medium bachelor degree, mainly in administration

Additional training: Knowledge in Ficosa internal tools (TCTP, BDP, BOL…) would be a plus

  • Along with the Business Units and R+D Areas, build and manage customer presentations.
  • Define de budget business plan, collaborating along the different areas.
  • Follow-up the projects assigned to Ficosa and register the ones that haven’t been assigned to. 
  • Keep updated market-study reports.
  • Support action plans in order to obtain BBP Sales, following BOL, BBP, TCTP.
  • Built monthly KPIs (monthly KPIs by division) and be responsible to report those result quarterly to the Sales Directors.

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years in similar position or in auditor or cost analyst position
  • High level of accuracy and data driven
  • Microsoft Excel expert user
