The role:

This role is responsible for data administration for the Sampling Team. Placing orders for raw materials, arranging stock transfers and following these through to the receipt of the finished goods samples.

This role is a 2 month fixed term contract. Hybrid working applies to this role - 3 days per week from the office, maximum 2 days per week from home.

Sample Team responsibilities:

•Raise purchase orders for raw materials for prototyping, trials, sealed samples, bulk and press
•Raise finished goods POs for all factories for bulk and press samples
•Process the receipt of all raw materials and finished goods that are shipped from suppliers/factories
•Arrange stock transfers from various sampling warehouses
•Assist with stock take for all external factories
•Continually update factory trackers for all sampling shipments
•Liaise with suppliers and factories daily, providing/requesting updates on status of materials and finished goods
•Process invoices for accounts
•Adhoc system stock maintenance

Other responsibilities:
•Any "ad hoe" tasks that are required by the team, without compromising the main responsibilities noted above

Skills and Knowledge Required:

•Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
•Experience with order management/product development systems advantageous
•Proven ability in producing accurate work with attention to detail
