Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with our Client Performance Managers to foster and nurture exceptional relationships with clients. Become their go-to support for inquiries and resolutions, ensuring every interaction leaves them satisfied and valued.
  • Help manage client communication by providing regular updates, addressing questions promptly, and playing a key role in ongoing education efforts and claim escalations that empower our clients.
  • Be a vital part of our program execution team! Work with internal teams to implement and track client programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns seamlessly with our ambitious goals.
  • Assist in identifying potential challenges and collaborate with the Client Performance Managers and other internal teams to deliver swift and effective solutions
  • Provide top-notch administrative support, from scheduling important meetings to preparing insightful reports. Your organizational skills will be key in tracking projects and enhancing client communications.
  • Assist with projects and any additional tasks assigned by directors or managers to ensure the success of the client performance team and client programs.

 

Job Location 

Hybrid Remote: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and collaborating three days a week at our office in Houston, Texas

 

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • More than a year of experience in either a provider or payer organization.
  • Significant experience in project management, project coordination, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or progress towards obtaining one.   
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Maintain a professional, businesslike image for clients, visitors, internal staff, and the public.
  • Excellent interpersonal and observational skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
  • Expected to spend 25% of the time on-site at network provider locations, with the remaining 75% working from the office or remotely. Travel is mainly within the Houston area, with occasional trips across Texas.
  • Currently eligible to work in the USA without an employment visa, except for those with a TN visa.

 

Preferences – Not Required 

  • Experience with value-based care and payment methodologies is highly preferred.
  • Provider economics/analytics experience.
  • Advanced skills using data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of claims processing, clinical office management, managed care plan benefits, value-based quality care, and utilization management.
  • Provider relations or network management experience.
