Job Description:

Acumatica is hiring a Director, Sales Operations to lead our sales operations function for our worldwide geographies and be responsible for expanding our sales operations processes. This role reports to the CRO.

  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and deliver regular insights to the business.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, cohort win/loss rates, forecast accuracy and attainment.
  •  Build and maintain high-quality business partnerships with Partner Sales, Customer Success, OEM and ISV’s teams leaders across Acumatica to provide sales insights and support strategic decision-making.
  •  Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new toolsets, explicitly exploring AI tools that can help Acumatica.
  • Build and manage the quarterly business reviews and processes associated with territory assignments, quota set-up and management and yearly territory planning.
  • Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting for sellers, managers, sales leaders, and executive team.
  • Identify and make recommendations to eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  •  Manage and govern all technical aspects of Acumatica CRM and associated processes.
  • Create and govern the documentation on sales processes, Business Policies, as part of the Standard Operating Procedure and create and provide relevant sales training materials to assist with onboarding new sales talent.
  • Oversee the deal desk in assisting partners, sales and customer success on contract, pricing, renewal and add-ons.
  • Working together with the sales leaders and finance to define, roll out and manage the quota and sales compensation plans.
  • Recruit, train and manage new talent to expand the sales operations team.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations.
  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS and VAR relationships.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or Computer Science. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in scaling high-level sales strategies, translating them into processes, systems and policies, and ensuring local execution and business impact.
  • You have strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills and the ability to balance a large group of diverse projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
  • You have a demonstrated level of maturity and judgment and the ability to remain objective and develop trusting and respectful relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep on ambiguous challenges and deliver actionable insight.
  • Experience in Excel and CRM sales tools.

For this role, the salary range is $180,000-$215,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
