Position Overview: you will work closely with customer service to assist with keying orders in the system. You will conduct daily audits and process scanned documents from drivers to make sure the documents are approved to proceed with payment processing. Scanning documents into the system, filing paperwork and locating missing documents when necessary.

 

Important Job Functions

  • Assisting with weekly closeout
  • Assisting customer Service with order entries and releasing freight
  • Working the MDR(missing documents report)
  • Auditing driver documents and paperwork weekly closeouts
  • Audit and processing of utility expenses
  • General office management.

Other Job Functions

  • Assisting customer service
  • Calling drivers to help locate missing documents
  • Filing paperwork and driver documentation. 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years related experience
  • Attention to detail and follow up
  • Typing of at least 45WPM
  • Flexibility to assist and support other areas as needed

 

Other Skills/ Abilities 

  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • General experience with all other MS Office products
  • General accounting experience
