Overview:

 We are currently seeking a Permit Administrator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Permit Administrators act as the liaison between the company, customer and municipalities to pull and expedite permits for home services installations and build outs.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

  • Communicating with cities and municipalities about permitting requirements and relay the requirements to the technician.
  • Schedule inspections. Courtesy calls to customer for the next day’s inspections
  • Will complete various spreadsheets, graphs, tables, calculations and large quantities of data relevant to the tasks at hand.
  • Track and document sales and line location.
  • Run report for recalls for managers and provide updates on open permits.
Qualifications:

Do I have What it Takes?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year Administrative experience; Permitting experience a plus
  • Highly organized and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft office; Advance Excel skills a plus
