End User Delivery and Implementation Lead

What you’ll do

You will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of end user technology solutions across the firm, focused on ensuring the seamless delivery of end user technology solutions that enhance productivity and user experience. You will also be responsible for managing project lifecycles, and driving adoption of new tools and technologies while minimizing disruption to our business. Specifically, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of end user technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal technology teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of end user solutions.
  • Oversee the deployment of hardware, software, and other end user technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure all solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, and Compliance guidelines.
  • Apply change management methodologies and mindset (such as Prosci) to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes by end users.
  • Develop and execute measurable change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training programs, user adoption rates and satisfaction scores.
  • Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to address concerns and drive user adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during project delivery, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their needs, ensure end user solutions align with their objectives, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery—providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance end user experience.

What’s Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project delivery and implementation, with a focus on end user solutions.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry and an understanding of financial industry-specific applications and systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Deep understanding of end user change management practices and experience applying them in real-world scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$300,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
