PTH Collection Management Assistant en Anne Arundel County Public Library

Overall Position Purpose:  Incumbent performs technical work in the acquisition and management of library materials. Work involves the interpretation of standards and rules for purchasing library materials and reporting on their use. Judgement, initiative, and decision-making required to address problems, exceptions, or other frequent, non-routine situations to ensure efficiency of the acquisition and reporting workflow. 

Minimum Qualifications:  Any of the following combinations of education and experience are qualifying for this position:  A high school diploma or equivalency certificate and four (4) years’ relevant experience; OR an associate degree or two-year vocational certificate and two (2) years’ relevant experience; OR a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
