Description
The Conrad Company, a fast growing, award-winning family-owned business located in York, PA is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Compressor Maintenance Company (CMC) facility based out of Westminster, MD. Compressor Maintenance Company helps people in Manufacturing and Construction with Compressed Air Sales and Service. Compressor Maintenance Company specializes in designing, installing, and maintaining customized compressed air systems. The Sales Coordinator will serve as an essential point of contact for the CMC Sales, Scheduling and Service teams in order to KICK@$$ for the customer.
Responsibilities
- Oversee parts for large projects to ensure timely arrival onsite
- Provide pricing and delivery information to Outside Sales Engineers and customers
- Generate and send proposals to customers
- Manage new customer documentation and approval process in coordination with the finance team
- Follow up on sales leads as directed by the Vice President of Sales
- Assist the sales team with energy rebate processes
- Perform all invoicing activities for sales and service orders
- Run billing for appointments, generate invoices, and send to customers via email
- Send order acknowledgments to customers for purchase orders
- Create shipments, confirm shipments, and issue invoices
- Coordinate credits and rebills with the finance team as needed
- Collect, update, and enter customer credit card information
- Enter quotes and process sales orders accurately
- Create shipments for fulfilled orders and coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch
- Support the Service Department with service and PMP quotes when requested
Requirements
· 3+ years of customer service, inside sales, or sales related experience
· Experience working within an ERP system
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Excellent typing skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
· Highly detail-oriented
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Desire to work well in a team setting
· Takes initiative and ownership of their work
· Background in Service-related industry a plus
· In-office position reporting to the General Manager
