Job Description Summary
As part of the Project Management Office, you will help ensure flawless management and delivery of new product development, some E2E (consumer/customer impacts), sustainability, and other key projects. Working under the guidance of a Sr. Manager, you will help lead project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, utilizing resources effectively and driving collaboration across functions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and results-driven, thriving in cross-functional and multicultural team environments while managing multiple priorities. They possess strong organizational and analytical abilities, robust communication skills, and confidence with Microsoft Office and quickly learning new tools. With a proactive and flexible mindset, the candidate leads with empathy and adaptability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Documentation (30 %)
- Build project plans and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (meeting minutes, action lists, plans etc.).
- Project Execution and Teams coordination (30%)
- Lead and organize cross-functional project teams.
- Facilitate efficient meetings (project updates, risk assessments, etc.).
- Direct project tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members.
- Adapt project management processes for various priorities.
- Communication and Stakeholder management (20%)
- Communicate project updates, risks, and deviations to team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
- Present critical topics and updates during Stage Gate and leadership meetings.
- Performance tracking & Continuous improvement (15%)
- Measure project performance using KPIs and analyze results.
- Conduct post-project reviews, document key learnings and improvements need.
- Maintain and improve project documentation (spreadsheets, process maps, etc.).
- Training and Support (5%)
- Support team members to encourage collaboration and ensure project success.
Qualifications
Minimum degree and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field is required.
- Certified associate in project management (CAPM) preferred [not required]
- At least 3 years of work experience required – in CPG and/or food manufacturing is a plus.

- Microsoft Office expertise: Utilize MS Excel for project tracking and data analysis, MS Planner for Gantt charts and scheduling, and other MS Office tools for documentation and presentations.
- Embrace technology and AI: Learn and leverage new tools and systems as needed to increase efficiency and project visibility.
Working Conditions
Work is performed largely in an office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Limited business travel required.

Total Rewards
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
- Bonus Opportunity: 10%
