Job Title: Box Office Reservationist Department: Box Office
Reports To: Box Office Assistant Manager FLSA Status: Non-exempt
General Description
This phone-based position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing ticket sales, and managing orders. This role delivers a respectful and knowledgeable experience for every caller.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Process tickets orders, exchanges, and gift card sales as requested by customers.
- Provide detailed and accurate information on performances and venue policies.
- Sit at telephone bank for 7-9 hours per shift.
- Safegaurd the personal and financial information of guests.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Shifts:
- The hours required for this position are reflective of the dynamic schedule of the theatre.
- Availability required:
- At least three shift availability
- Rotating Saturdays are required.
- Current hours of operation:
- Monday: 9:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Tuesday-Saturday: 9:45 AM-6:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and telephone skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work positively and collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to apply a creative approach to solving customer challenges.
- Commitment to providing genuine hospitality.
- Call center or phone bank experience a plus.
- Must be comfortable with technology and able to multitask effectively.
- AudienceView or other online ticketing system a plus.
