We are seeking a solution-driven, highly motivated, and experienced Regional Workplace Manager (US) to oversee and elevate workplace and facilities operations across Saronic’s U.S. offices, production sites, and campuses. This role will ensure operational excellence, safe and engaging environments, and scalable workplace services that grow with the business. Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience, the Regional Workplace Manager will collaborate closely with HR, IT, Security, EHS, Finance, and Construction to deliver exceptional employee experiences and operational consistency.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Define and execute U.S. workplace strategy aligned with company goals.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure workplace operations reinforce business priorities and employee needs.
Provide reporting on workplace KPIs, utilization, budgets, and employee satisfaction.
Facilities Operations & Compliance
Oversee day-to-day workplace operations including janitorial, mail, reception, food, landscaping, and security services.
Partner with EHS to ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility standards.
Conduct site walks, vendor reviews, and inspections to ensure service quality and operational readiness.
Team & Vendor Management
Build, mentor, and support workplace teams, office managers, and vendor partners.
Lead vendor reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to monitor SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
Negotiate and manage contracts to balance cost efficiency with high service standards.
Growth, Expansion & Space Planning
Lead planning and execution of new office builds, relocations, and site activations.
Partner with Real Estate and Construction for smooth handoffs from project buildouts to day-to-day operations.
Provide occupancy and utilization insights to guide portfolio planning and expansion.
Employee Experience & Culture
Champion workplace culture through engagement programs including wellness, DEI, and community-building initiatives.
Lead a cross-functional Culture Committee to foster belonging and connection.
Act as the visible “face of Workplace” across all U.S. sites.
Business Continuity & Risk Management
Partner with Security and EHS to ensure emergency preparedness and crisis response across sites.
Support business continuity planning for disruptions such as weather events, outages, or operational risks.
Financial & Strategic Management
Own and manage U.S. workplace budgets, contracts, and project justifications.
Track spend, forecast needs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Present business cases and program value to leadership.
Define service standards and ensure consistent delivery with local flexibility.
Leverage analytics and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Sustainability & Ergonomics
Support corporate ESG goals by embedding sustainability into workplace operations.
Drive waste diversion, recycling, and energy-conscious practices across sites.
Establish an ergonomics program to ensure inclusive, healthy, and accessible workplaces.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or operations management, preferably across multi-site organizations.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional workplace initiatives.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel across U.S. sites as needed.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in defense, aerospace, or manufacturing workplace environments.
Familiarity with workplace technologies such as ServiceNow, Envoy, IWMS, or space utilization tools.
Experience leading site activations, expansions, or relocations.
Knowledge of sustainability programs and workplace ESG practices.
Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed for site activations, events, or crisis response.
