IRCNoCo Enrollment Coordinator:
The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for oversight of the enrollment process in all Adult Education classes offered at IRCNOCO. The Enrollment Coordinator will provide oversight, training and support for the staff involved in the registration process, both in-person and online, and will participate in enrollments as needed. The Enrollment Coordinator will also play a key role in managing student data and ensuring accuracy of data tracking and entry. The Enrollment Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager, Online Enrollments Coordinator, Navigation Manager and Education Manager to ensure effective communication between all staff regarding enrollments and enrollment needs. This position’s hours are as follows: Monday–Thursday 8am–3pm, then 1-2 Evenings/Week 5pm-8pm, and Fridays 8am-12pm.

Position Summary:
SUPERVISION & SUPPORT:
- Provide training and support to all staff involved in the enrollment process, both in person and online.
- Provide direct support to the Online Enrollments Coordinator.
- Provide leadership and support with enrollments as needed, both in person and online.
STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES:
- Manage/Oversee student orientation and enrollment consistent with grant guidelines.
- Communicate with partner agencies regarding all grant eligible referrals, including lapsed attendance, and coordinate with staff to manage all referrals.
- Supervise communication with the Data Team regarding changes to student info.
- Manage/Oversee the administration and tracking of all student assessments.
- Manage/Oversee all student payments (Books and Fees).
- Manage/Oversee the distribution and return of Textbooks.
- Manage/Oversee the referral of students to Navigators or Administrative Staff for other services.
- Attend all pertinent certifications and trainings.
DATA ENTRY & COMMUNICATION:
- Work with Operations Manager and Finance team members to ensure accurate entry of all student data in the database and tracking sheets, and for training and oversight of staff accessing data tracking spreadsheets (Enrollments & Testing Data, Payment Data, Inventory and Book Tracking, Student Follow Up Data).
- Supervise filing and data related tasks.
- Coordinate with the Data Team and Instructors to maintain accurate enrollment, testing and tracking data.
- Maintain good communication with all staff surrounding data issues.
- Communicate with the Operations Manager regarding data guidelines, changes to policies, and other pertinent information.
GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES:
- Oversee the flow of student files and information.
- Ensure accurate filing of physical files and maintain ease of access to information as needed.
- Communicate with Operations Manager as to needed supplies and support.
- Attend meetings as requested and attend monthly staff meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/school experience in Adult Education or ELA.
- 1-year previous experience in assessing English level/ability.
- 1-year previous experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- 1-year previous experience working in a multicultural setting.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole and English required.
