Summary

The Marketing Science Partner is a strategic, data-driven professional with deep expertise in marketing analytics and measurement. This role is responsible for shaping and executing measurement strategies for our largest global advertisers, helping them understand and quantify the true business impact of their advertising investments. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with advertisers, sales teams, and internal Marketing Science colleagues.

The ideal candidate is passionate about advertising, intellectually curious, and thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus on high-impact initiatives. A strong grasp of the media landscape and the ability to apply advanced quantitative techniques to assess consumer behavior and advertising effectiveness are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global advertisers in measuring business outcomes by operationalizing research and analysis that demonstrate the value of advertising
  • Develop strategic, cross-platform and cross-media measurement frameworks and learning agendas tailored to global client needs
  • Conduct standard and custom ad effectiveness studies and meta-analyses to evaluate the impact of marketing strategies across digital and traditional media
  • Promote adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, tools, and best practices across clients, verticals, and the broader industry
  • Engage in senior-level client discussions, present insights, and advise sales teams on evidence-based marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Partnerships teams to provide feedback and identify opportunities for new features, tools, and strategic partnerships

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in research, analytics, or advertising effectiveness
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioral or social sciences, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of online advertising, including branding and performance marketing frameworks and measurement techniques
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, including experimental design, modeling, and advertising research
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences and influence advertiser decision-making through data-driven insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building collaborative relationships across teams and with clients
  • Self-starter with a detail-oriented mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Location: Remote (New York preferred)

Role type: Contract 8 Month Position
