Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring for an Administrative Assistant II to support our DoS client located in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities:
  • Receives visitors.
  • Answers/screens phone calls.
  • Provides travel support.
  • Performs correspondence review and document management.
  • Provides meeting support.
  • Provides human resources support.
  • Provides time and attendance support.
  • Provides logistical support.
  • Provides executive support.
  • Serves as administrative back-up to senior executive offices.
  • Database support.
Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Must have an Associate's degree and a minimum of five years direct experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study, or combination of substantial experience and education in the administrative field
  • Must possess a solid working knowledge of current Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), and current SharePoint application
  • Proficient written/verbal communication skills
  • Must have a Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret and/or SCI within 6 months of start date if required
