We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Human Resource business.
You’ll get:
• search and approach candidates through various channels as well as build and maintain professional relationships with candidates
• gather data and market intelligence to help recruit and help hiring managers make better decisions
• contribute towards continuous improvement of sourcing and recruiting methodologies maintain data integrity and help expand talent pools in our databases
• attend hiring manager briefing calls/meetings and status updates with the recruiters and recruiting leads
Your team
You’ll be working in as part of the Recruitment team based in India.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
• understands of sourcing and recruitment domain
• has a passion for data gathering, information sharing and is a great communicator, both in person and on social media
• is proficient in MS Office and experienced using search engines
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic (and creative) thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Your program
This internship will last 6 months, where you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
