Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors to join our HR Technology team. The HRIS Analyst will support, maintain, and optimize our HR systems, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and positive user experience. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to productively collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver effective HR technology solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Support and maintain modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting & Recruitment Marketing, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
  • Manage system configurations, permissions, workflows, and role-based access.
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners to gather requirements and design solutions that improve user experience and process efficiency.
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, reporting, and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc queries to support HR decision-making.
  • Provide end-user training, system documentation, and support to HR teams and employees.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure system updates, patches, and releases are tested and deployed successfully.
  • Assist in HR system projects, including new module implementations, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and HR policies.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (configuration, reporting, and administration).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruiting, performance, learning, compensation, etc.).
  • Proficiency in HR reporting and analytics tools within SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, troubleshooting issues and recommending improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Fluent in French & English (spoken and written).

 

Preferred Skills (Pluses)

  • Experience with HRIS integrations (e.g., payroll, timekeeping, or third-party applications).
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, etc.).
  • Prior experience in system implementation or optimization projects.

 

Location

  • This role may be available at multiple Constellium sites across France.
